The Lowcountry Digital Equity Coalition will be hosting a live podcast to spread the word about the need for expanding broadband access and the digital navigator program. The digital navigator program trains people to serve as guides to their community and help people adopt the internet and learn technical skills.  

Radio/tv host Geno Jones will interview:
  • Robin Kurz – Head Librarian, St. George Library Branch-
  • Renee’ Rivers – Dorchester County Adult Services
  • Shirley Chapman, Community Volunteer and Leader
  • Nancy Britt-Stevens, Ed.D – Director of Student Support Services (DD4)

The event is open to the public and will be held Thursday, October 24th at 5 PM at the St. George Library, 506 N. Parler Avenue, St. George, SC  29477.
